Tips That Help Prevent Neck Pain

- Adjust your computer monitor so that the top of the screen remains at eye level at all times.
- Try avoid slouching as much as possible and make sure you sit straight in your chair with both of your feet flat on the floor. Keep your shoulders relaxed and make sure your neck does not slouch forward.
- Try to use a headset or bluetooth settings when speaking on your phone, opposed to cradling int between your neck and your shoulder.
- Make sure to adjust the driver’s seat in your vehicle so that you remain in an upright position and your head is able to comfortably remain at a ninety degree angle with your thighs.
- If you need to lift any heavy objects, make sure you use your knees for support, opposed to your back.
